it can also give a nice taste to this recipe. White wheat flour
possesses the equal nutrition as conventional red wheat flour. There
may be some problems like loaf is not getting fluffy, loaf is very
dense despite the reduced ratio of whole wheat, top surface is
concave, or top is extra convex, top is lumpy, not very brown, and
very spongy in eating. Solution for every problem is just to maintain
a perfect ratio of water, salt, wheat and yeast. If water in the
recipe is more than required then it will not bake completely and if
the proportion of bread flour ingredients is not in right ratio, then
bread will not raise enough and will remain very dense. An ideal ratio
of all ingredients will produce the best whole wheat bread machine
