1-package Active dry yeast 1-cup Warm drinking water 3-cups Flour, all goal (add a lot more for kneading) 2-tablespoons Olive oil 1½-teaspoons Salt Instructions: Place yeast in big bowl. Add the water and stir till yeast is dissolved. Ensure that bubbles appear on the surface. The bubbles are an indicator that the yeast is working. Add the flour, 1 tablespoon of oil, and salt; stir nicely to combine. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead for three to 5 minutes until eventually it forms a smooth and elastic ball. Grease a substantial bowl with a single teaspoon of oil; include the dough to bowl and turn the dough to include with oil and cover with plastic or even a dish towel. Place in the warm, draft-free place and let rise right up until doubled in size about two hours.
